For over three decades, Nancy has been a trailblazer in the fashion world, dressing some of the most iconic figures. From haute couture fashion houses in Paris to royalty and international artists, Nancy's expertise has shaped the looks of
world-renowned personalities,
to express their true essence,
beauty through clothing.
With 37 years of experience in wardrobe management, personal styling, and costume design, Nancy now shares her knowledge as the Empower Dresser through the Fashion Alchemy Ecademy. These transformative classes, allow individuals from all walks of life to unlock their personal style, and step into their full potential to make a lasting impact
in the world.

Florence de Barros Conti Bernardon is a prominent figure in the French Riviera's luxury event and business networking scene. Based in Cannes, she is the founder and director of DECIDE.tv, a boutique agency specializing in bespoke events, concierge services, and corporate lifestyle experiences tailored
for both private and
professional clients.
As the driving force behind the Ladies Gentlemen Club Côte d’Azur, Florence curates exclusive cultural gatherings that blend art, music, cinema, philosophy, and wellness. These events, often hosted in prestigious venues across the region, aim to foster meaningful connections and celebrate refined living.
Through her platform DECIDE.tv, Florence also facilitates B2B networking opportunities, connecting entrepreneurs, creatives, and executives in Cannes and beyond.

Melissa Stires is a dynamic leader, international protocol expert, and champion of women in AI.
She currently serves as Chief Global Growth Officer at Mia AI, where she spearheads global expansion and drives the mission to empower one million non-technical women by 2030.
A founding partner of Mia AI, Melissa brings deep regional experience—especially across MENA—and a proven track
record in building high-impact partnerships and securing
global growth.
Additionally, she is the CEO of the Fundamental Wellbeing Foundation, reflecting her commitment to holistic health
and community empowerment.

connect, inspire, and elevate African voices. She has over a decade of experience in
journalism, communications, and digital media.
As co-founder at Crescendo Digital, based in Arusha, Tanzania, Ziada is transforming how African tourism and hospitality brands tell their stories. She also co-founded Kipilipili, a
movement celebrating natural beauty and building a powerful community of over 10,000
women across Tanzania.
For AWEsummit, Ziada brings her strategic energy to support event visibility and meaningful storytelling throughout the event.
