I am Emmanuelle Waters, a Health & nutrition coach specialising in digestive & mental health. I founded BioVitalNutrition to support people who want to explore natural ways - both through food & lifestyle changes - to improve gut issues and problems with energy, headaches, concentration, memory, mood, anxiety or sleep.
My purpose is to help you regain your health and energy naturally, through the transformative power of diet & lifestyle changes. My protocols address the 5 pillars of health: stress management, sleep management, exercise/movement, nutrition & mindset.
I offer different programmes with different levels of support to help you move towards the health you want for you. And that you deserve!
